Thriveworks Counseling in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking individuals pursuing Florida State Licensure as a LCSW. They offer a full-time position with a focus on client accessibility, quality care, and supporting clinicians. Qualifications include a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program, experience in a counseling setting for depression and anxiety, and proficiency in conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor. The position entails full-time availability, residence within 45 minutes of the office, and a hybrid work model. Thriveworks provides benefits, clinical supervision, and a competitive fee-for-service compensation structure with earnings potential ranging from $45,000 to $60,000.
