Year Up offers an intensive job training program lasting one year or less to young adults, providing them with skill development, corporate internships, and college credit-eligible coursework. Participants receive an educational stipend and undergo training in technical and professional skills, followed by an internship at top companies in the Seattle/Bellevue Washington area, including Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, and more. Eligible candidates should be 18-29 years old, high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday during the program, highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills, and not have obtained a Bachelor's degree. Graduates gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking abilities, and resume-building support, with 80% employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, earning an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
