The job description is for a temporary 90-day position as a stylist-in-training at Regis, aimed at integrating future stylists into the salon workplace. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, observing and learning from experienced stylists/managers, promoting and selling salon services and retail products, managing expenses, and performing various salon tasks. Qualifications include graduating from an accredited cosmetology school, obtaining the necessary license(s), and having good interpersonal and computer skills. The stylist-in-training may be considered for a promotion to a stylist position upon meeting specific criteria, including holding a valid license and demonstrating Regis values.
