Ford offers a unique program for recent college grads called the Ford College Grad rotational program. The program is designed to help new hires become more familiar with the company and results in their developing skills and experience faster than other entry-level jobs.

Entry-level positions are available in areas such as Finance, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Purchasing, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering and many more. Positions are open to recent graduates who have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

The Ford Motor Company is the second-largest U.S.-based automaker (preceded by General Motors) and the fifth-largest in the world (behind Toyota, VW, Hyundai-Kia and General Motors). The company was founded by Henry Ford and incorporated on June 16, 1903, and is headquartered in Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.
