Evercore Advisory Summer Associate Program is open to undergraduates and graduate students with an interest in investment banking. Positions are offered in Evercore's Advisory, Institutional Equities, and Private Funds Group businesses.

Internships are 10 weeks in duration and include pay. Interns receive rigorous training and ongoing mentoring. They receive a broad range of experiences in investment banking, including acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures, private equity, research, and sales and trading activities.

Intern will be responsible for preparing for and attending client meetings, financial modeling, industry analysis, and execution of transactions. They will work side-by-side with senior executives. Candidates must have exceptional academic records, a strong interest in investment banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Evercore is an independent investment banking advisory firm founded in 1996 and headquartered in New York City. Their Investment Management business includes wealth management, institutional asset management and private equity investing. Evercore serves clients from 28 offices in North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
