Walker & Dunlop Summer Internship Program
Walker & Dunlop Summer Internship Program is open to high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time and pursue a Bachelor’s degree in an undergraduate program at an accredited university. Applicants must have a passion for learning about commercial real estate.

Summer internships are offered in the areas of Finance, Capital Markets, FHA Finance, Asset Management, Servicing, Underwriting, Marketing, Internal Audit and Human Resources. Students who apply for an internship must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Relevant work experience is a plus.

Candidates need to have strong communication skills, be self-motivating, have excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and a team player. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have a strong desire to learn about commercial real estate.

Walker & Dunlop is one of the largest providers of commercial real estate financing. The company was founded in 1937 and is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland.
