MillerCoors Intern Leadership Program and Jobs
MillerCoors Intern Leadership Program offers a 12-week program for students 21 years of age or older who are interested in a career in the beer production industry.

The internships are at either Chicago or Milwaukee. Students will have an opportunity to learn how beer is made and participate hands-on in beer-making projects. Students are assigned a supervisor who will meet with them weekly to discuss their progress and critique their performance. They will also have opportunities to meet with other employees across many company levels and will participate in beer tasting workshops, tours, and presentations. Social activities and sports include baseball, beach volleyball, boat cruises, and volunteer work at Children's Hospital.


Business Week magazine in 2010 rated the internship program one of the top 100 for undergraduate business and engineering students, and Inc. magazine rated it one of the top 15 America's coolest internships.

MillerCoors offers the internship to attract talented young students who might be interested in making MillerCoors their full-time employer following graduation. In fact, in 2010, 83 percent of interns accepted full-time positions with the company.
