General Mills Internships give college students an opportunity to learn more about their area of interest while they are still in college. Internships at General Mills are available in multiple areas and at various locations, including their corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Internships are available in many areas, including business and finance, sales and marketing, engineering, information technology and more. Internships are 10-12 weeks long and run from May – August. Company representatives recruit on various college campuses beginning each fall.


Throughout their internship, interns will participate in both formal and informal events. They will meet and/or work with fellow interns, world-class managers and senior leaders, and even have access to the company CEO.
