Dow Corning Internships are offered every summer to college students. Paid internships are available in the areas of engineering, finance and information technology and offer students real world experience while they are still in college.

Areas of study that are included in eligibility are chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering for research and development, engineering or manufacturing internships; accounting for finance internships; management information systems and computer science for information technology internships.


In addition to pay, Dow Corning interns are eligible for relocation reimbursement, furnished housing at a reasonable cost, paid holidays and vacation days, and training courses within their career field. Students interested in an internship are encouraged to contact their college placement office.

Dow Corning is a multinational corporation that was founded in 1942 and is headquartered in Midland, Michigan. The company specializes in silicone and silicon-based technology, offering more than 7,000 products and services. Dow Corning is an equally owned joint venture of Dow Chemical and Corning.
