New York Life Internships in Life Insurance Sales
The internship program is open to college juniors and seniors and to graduate students. It offers flexibility to meet college schedules. Students need a grade point average of 2.0 or above to qualify for the program. Students who want to be entrepreneurs and run their own business are ideal candidates for this type of internship.
Students must be able to work 10-20 hours a week at their internship. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is highly desirable. Interns will be trained to sell life insurance products. Training includes role playing and learning valuable skills in time management and goal setting.
