The NEW New York Leaders: Student Intern Program
Interns receive hands-on experience by working with seasoned government leaders and policy makers in the state of New York. Internships are available in many areas to offer experience for students across several disciplines. Examples include business and finance, communications, health, human resources, social sciences, technology, law and more.
Internships are offered across various government divisions. Each position has its own criteria for required class standing, skills, work hours and location. Students are encouraged to read the job descriptions carefully and may apply online.
Internships are offered by the state of New York as part of its New New York Leaders Student Intern Program.
