Year Up is a comprehensive job training program for young adults lasting one year or less. It offers skill development, corporate internships, and college credit-eligible coursework, accompanied by an educational stipend. The program covers technical and professional skill training and includes internships at top organizations in the Seattle/Bellevue Washington area, like Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, or Seattle Children's Hospital. Eligibility criteria include being 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday during the program, a strong motivation to learn technical and professional skills, and not having obtained a Bachelor's degree. Graduates of the program acquire professional skills, interviewing and networking abilities, resume building, and enjoy a high employment rate with an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
