Most internships are in technical fields. Eligible candidates are students who are studying in the areas of science, engineering, business, supply chain, or other science and engineering-related fields.

Interns learn through a program of formal training, including related courses, e-learning, and technical tasks and projects. They are assigned a supervisor who provides them regular feedback on their performance.
