Hartford Chorale Internship Scholarship Program
Hartford Chorale Internship Scholarship Program gives high school and college students a unique opportunity to sing with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. This is a prestigious experience for students to work alongside music professionals.
Students with a strong interest in music are encouraged to apply. During the internship, they will work under the direction of Music Director Richard Coffey. They will perform with other experienced performers and receive mentoring throughout the internship.
The internship program was formed in 2006. Students from high schools and colleges around Connecticut have completed the program. Interns will receive an evaluation and credit upon completion of the program.
The Hartford Chorale is a non-profit organization of experienced and talented volunteer singers who perform with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. These dedicated singers are professionals who perform renowned masterpieces throughout the year for the Hartford community.
