GE Internships

GE Internships and JobsGE Internships are open to college students enrolled full-time in a four-year college or university. Both undergraduate and graduate students may apply. Internships are available in several disciplines and locations, including the U.S., Africa, Brazil, China, Europe, India, Mexico, Middle East and United Kingdom.

Undergraduate students must have a grade point average of 3.0, and graduate students a grade point average of 3.2 to apply. Internships last 12 weeks; full-time internships are also available to students who want to continue working at GE while attending college.



Besides a competitive salary, students will receive all the benefits that full-time employees receive, such as vacation. They will also receive valuable hands-on experience working on challenging projects with some of the most talented people in the business. Career fairs, social events and recreational activities can also be enjoyed by interns.

GE was first established in 1890 by Thomas Edison, known as the Edison General Electric Company. The company is a world leader in lighting, transportation, industrial products, power transmission, and medical equipment.
