Interactive Data Corporation Derivatives Fall/Winter Internship and Jobs
Interactive Data Corporation, a leader in financial information, is looking for interns to join their OTC Derivatives valuation team. Graduate students majoring in finance, economics, financial engineering, or computer science are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have exceptional skills in Excel and Python and have a strong interest in financial markets. Interns will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest and best people in the industry and gain valuable work experience while continuing their education.


Projects will include:

  • Importing, mapping and analyzing dealer data and email quotes into a database for pricing
  • Contributing to the development of new data and analytics products
  • Assisting with OTC derivatives daily collection tasks
  • Working on ad-hoc assignments with other analysts

Students interested in applying should have a deep understanding of advanced Excel functions, data formats, text parsing, automation and some knowledge of OTC Derivatives, buyside and/or sellside fixed income, as well as Swaption/Option pricing and volatility surfaces. They must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, an independent starter and creative problem solver. Prior internship in a financial services organization is preferred.
