The
American Association for the Advancement of Science is proud
to offer a summer internship program for minority students
interested in journalism as a career and who want to learn
about science writing.
American
College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Minority Internship
The
three-month internship program will provide an opportunity
for the intern to rotate through all major ACHE divisions,
including Administration, Communications and Marketing,
Education, and more.
Association
For Women In Science (AWIS) Internship
The
Association for Women in Science (AWIS) National Office
has paid internships available year-round, each lasting
2-4 months. Our
interns are invaluable to the organization, and we strive
to make your experiences with AWIS equally valuable to your
own career/ leadership development.
Black
Enterprise Internship Program
Black Enterprise seeks talented and motivated college
Juniors, Seniors and Graduate students to participate in
our Summer Internship Program. Interested students are expected
to have demonstrated an interest in media and have a grade
point average of 3.0 or better.
Emma
L. Bowen Foundation Internship
Unlike traditional intern programs, the Emma L. Bowen Internship
program allows students to work for partner companies during
summers and school breaks from the summer following their
junior year in high school until they graduate from college.

Louis
Carr Internship Foundation (LCIF) provides 20 paid internships
in communications to undergraduate students of color during
the summer immediately following their freshman, sophomore
or junior year of college.

Joyner Foundation Internship Program

As an intern with the National NOW Action Center, you will

important element of our program is comprehensive leadership

a prearranged, structured learning experience scheduled
within a specific time frame. The experience must be relevant

Randolph Hearst Minority Fellowship
The
fellowship, which is based on academic excellence and need,
is open to both undergraduate and graduate students of color.
The Hearst Fellow serves as an intern with PSI.

For Women Internship Program
This
organization provides women survivors of war, civil strife
and other conflicts with the tools and resources to move
from crisis and poverty to stability and self-sufficiency,
thereby promoting viable civil societies.
