The New College
Hire Development Program (NCHDP) can provide a quick start and
solid foundation toward your future development at Sprint. This
two-year program is designed to develop the most talented, qualified
and diverse college students who meet the current and future needs
of the organization. Many participants will have the exciting
opportunity to rotate across their business unit into three distinct
positions as a requirement of their development. Participating
business units provide New College Hires with a breadth of exposure
across the business including people, process, functions and culture.
Positions
are available in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management,
Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer
Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology,
General Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
