NASCAR
Diversity Internship

The NASCAR
Diversity Internship Program (NDIP) started in 1999. Since then,
several interns have found full-time employment in the world of
NASCAR and motorsports.
The program
was designed as an effort to support students of diverse (African
American, Hispanic, Alaskan Native, American Indian, Alaskan/Pacific
Islander, etc.) ethnic backgrounds.
This program
exposes students to many opportunities within the industry of
motorsports by offering hands on, relevant experience. So far,
nearly 200 interns from across the country have participated in
this program.
