Our Future
Leaders Program is an exciting opportunity for rising college
seniors and graduate students who are highly motivated, goal oriented,
and interested in honing their leadership skills through an intensive
program with one of the largest retailers in the country.
This 10 - 12 week program
is a great way to gain valuable hands-on experience in areas such
as marketing, merchandising, human resources, information service,
finance, logistics, operations, communications and others. This
is a paid internship program where top performing interns may
be presented with full-time positions or be placed in one of our
high-potential leadership opportunities such as the Business Leadership
Program.
This program is based
in Atlanta and includes special program events such as an executive
breakfast series with high caliber guest speakers, community development
opportunities with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, social
events and career development workshops.
