Emerging
Leaders Program – GEICO's highly-selective rotational
program offers two separate career tracks, one in operations management
and the other in information technology. Our goal is to teach
you our business from the ground up, to support your professional
development, and to help you become a successful business unit
manager or IT lead.
Supervisory
Leadership Program – This 12-18 month, fast-track
program is designed to develop supervisors in sales, customer
service, claims or auto damage, and is offered in select locations.
