Aetna's Summer Intern
Program provides students with a depth of experience in functional
area assignments, as well as a breadth of experience through company-wide
programs including classroom and e-based training, an executive
speaker series, social and community service events, and a cross-functional
final project. Our paid internships typically last 10-12 weeks,
40 hours a week, from May to August. Most internships are based
out of our corporate headquarters in Connecticut, with additional
positions at Aetna offices around the country.
