Guardian Life Insurance Company Internships

The Guardian Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship offered during the summer. Summer internships are available in the areas of Compliance, Corporate Communications and Brand, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate & Facilities, Risk Management, Legal, Sales, Technology and Underwriting.

Rising college juniors and seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited college/university may apply. Summer interns are taught important leadership and other skills. They will work for a Fortune 250 company with a thriving environment. Interns will also network with peer interns, interact with executive leadership and make meaningful contributions to actual business projects.


Summer internships are offered across most regional offices. Housing is not included but Guardian provides housing arrangement information so students can arrange their housing near company office locations. Housing is generally available at nearby colleges and universities.

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is one of the largest mutual life insurance companies in the United States. The company was founded in 1860 and is based in New York City. It has approximately 8,000 employees in the United States and a network of over 3,000 financial representatives in more than 70 agencies nationwide.

The location is usually NATIONWIDE.
