Hartford Financial Services offers summer internships to college Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. Internship positions are available in a wide area of disciplines. Summer internships include meaningful assignments on projects that will help students develop skills in solving real world business challenges.

Candidates must be currently working toward a Bachelor's degree. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.2 or above in order to apply. They must also have completed their freshman year in college.

Summer internships are available in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Technology, Actuarial, Operations, Risk Management, Claims and more. Housing is provided for students who have a one-way commute that is greater than 40 miles. Interns who perform well throughout the summer program are eligible to receive an offer for the full time program at the end of their internship.
