National Business Aviation Association Internship (NBAA) Program is open to high school and college students interested in careers in aviation. Internships with NBAA introduce students to the vast possibilities within the business aviation industry.

Summer internships give students first-hand experience working in business aviation. At least four interns are chosen every summer to assist NBAA staff with programs relating to business aviation. Opportunities can include working with an aviation manager in the Program and Professional Development Program, working with the Operations team, or assisting NBAA's Marketing & Member Services division.

Business aviation focuses on the use of airplanes and helicopters. Clients include company executives who require efficient, productive and secure business travel to accommodate schedules and reach destinations not compatible with the limitations set by commercial airlines. Summer internships with NBAA gives students a career option to consider in the field of business aviation.

The National Business Aviation Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1947 in Washington, D.C., representing companies that rely on general aviation aircraft. The Association provides more than 100 products and services to the business aviation community.

The location is usually in WASHINGTON D.C.
