Girls' Life Magazine Internship is open to both high school students and college students interested in learning about magazine and online publishing. Shorter summer internships are offered to girls 13 and up who live in the Baltimore, Maryland area, while longer summer internships are available to college students.

College students majoring in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations and Online/New Media are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be computer proficient and, ideally, have some experience with social media, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and CMS. Some office experience is also required.

Girls' Life is looking for students who are motivated and organized, and knowledgeable about friends, fashion, celebs, beauty and real-life issues. What do interns at GL do? Writing, assisting editors, research, fact-checking, and writing columns and celebrity profiles for the GL website and magazine.

Internships are offered during the summer and throughout the year.

Girls' Life is a teen magazine that was launched in 1994 in Baltimore, Maryland. The magazine features information on fashion, cosmetics, hairstyles, relationships, peer pressure, time management, stress-relief, and self-esteem. The Girls' Life website also has a pen pal program, games, and discussions. The magazine is for younger girls, around age 12.

The location is usually in MARYLAND.
