MGM Hospitality Internship Program (HIP) is a paid internship for current college students interested in an exciting career in the field of hospitality. Candidates must be full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. They must also have a GPA of 2.8 or above in order to apply. Internships are 10 weeks long and include pay. Applicants must also have an expected graduation within 18 months after the internship program ends.

Internships are offered at several MGM resorts, including Las Vegas; Detroit; Biloxi, Mississippi; and Tunica, Mississippi. Interns will learn the resort hotel business, receive on-the-job-training, participate in philanthropic events and have an opportunity to join the company full-time after graduation where they will they will be part of the Management Associate Program which leads to careers ranging from Director, Vice President, and more.

The internship is offered by MGM Resorts International, one of the world's leading hospitality companies with locations that include the Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and The Mirage in Las Vegas. The company has offered internship programs to college students since 1993.
