Marsh & McLennan Companies Internships are open to undergraduate college juniors interested in a career within the financial services industry. The Summer TRAC program offers hands-on experience at offices around the country.

Applicants must have high academic records (GPA of 3.0 and above) and the ability to spend 10 weeks during the summer at one of Marsh & McLennan's office locations. Interns will learn through training modules, speakers events, presentations and will have an opportunity to show what they have learned through team and individual presentations. Each intern will receive a mid-term and final performance review.

Interns who perform well during their internship will have an opportunity to be considered for a full-time position with the company after graduation. Interested students may apply online or visit with company recruiters during campus visits.
