Estée Lauder Internships offer college students an opportunity to work for a global cosmetics company in New York City. Internships are paid and are located at company headquarters in NYC.

Internships are offered in the spring and summer. Summer internships last 10 weeks long, and spring internships are 15 weeks. Spring internships focus on global communications and product development. Approximately 65 interns are hired each year.


Estée Lauder is the parent company that produces more than 30 brands, including Estée Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Aveda, Bobbi Brown, Origins, and Smashbox. Each intern is assigned a mentor who guides them through their internship experience. Internships provide students with an opportunity to explore career options and consider a career with the company after graduation.

Estée Lauder started her company in 1946 in Queens, New York. She was a skin care and fragrance as well as business pioneer and entrepreneur who showed how far a woman can go in creating her own empire. Estée Lauder is a leading employer of women with more than 70 percent of the Estée Lauder Companies' 42,000 employees being women.
