Students receive both responsibility and accountability for results on projects that contribute to the business. Finance students will work on real financial statements, marketing students will contribute their knowledge and skills toward new product introductions, or even a new web site.


College students are able to test their skills and work with knowledgeable employees and supervisors who will provide valuable feedback. They also learn from management and their own peers throughout the internship program. The company also provides fun events such as cooking classes, barbecues, intern and other team activities, and free food.
