Land O'Lakes Internships are offered to college students across a variety of disciplines. Internships are available during the summer and throughout the school year.

Internships are offered in the areas of finance, marketing, communications, law, information technology, sales, and many more. Each internship may have it's own requirements for minimum grade point average and other specific requirements.


Most internships run 12 weeks long and occur between May and August. Other internships may be offered during the school year. Applicants may apply online by submitting their resume. A company recruiter or hiring manager will review resumes and notify candidates if their application is chosen for an interview.

Land O'Lakes was established in 1921 and is headquartered in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The company is a cooperative owned by over 4,500 farm owners who produce dairy products and animal nutrition products.
