Hess Corporation Internship Program offers work experience for college students interested in a career in the oil and gas industry. Internships are offered in the areas of engineering, information technology, supply chain and geosciences.

Eligible students must have completed at least four semesters towards a Bachelor’s, two semesters towards a Master’s or at least four semesters towards a PhD in the internship area. Candidates must be eager to learn and take on challenging responsibilities and work with teams.


Interns will receive valuable feedback on their performance and be coached by experienced professionals. Internships also give students an opportunity to jump start their careers by building relationships and connections with other interns and professionals.
