NASDAQ OMX Internships are offered every summer for college students interested in careers in the financial industry. College juniors and seniors are welcome to apply.

The internships are paid and give students first-hand experience in the financial world of buying and selling stock. The purpose of the internship is to attract the best students, offer them training, and prepare them for a career in financial trading. During summer internships, students will work with experienced professionals and also attend seminars.


The internship is sponsored by the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (NASDAQ), a global electronic marketplace for the buying and selling of stock. The NASDAQ OMX Group owns and operates 24 markets, 3 clearing houses, and 5 central securities depositories. They are the largest exchange company in the world.

IRS Student Internships

IRS Student Internships offer a paid summer work experience program for all college students enrolled in a master’s program and majoring in accounting. Interns will work in the company's Large Business and International Division. During the internship, students will work a full 40-hour week with pay, including overtime pay. The schedule is flexible and gives interns several schedule choices. Interns will be given meaningful work in the area of taxes for corporations whose assets are more than $10 million. To qualify for an internship, students must have and maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or above.
