Google's BOLD Engineering Internship program is for students who are members of historically under-represented groups in the field of technology, including but not limited to women and students with disabilities. Students must be enrolled in a four-year degree program at an accredited college or university and majoring in computer science.
Applicants must have experience in systems software or algorithms, and programming experience in either Java, Python, C, or C++. Google hires outstanding students with broad technical skills who have a passion for technology. This internship gives students an opportunity to utilize their classroom knowledge to tackle challenging projects for a global technology company.
Interns will work on a variety of projects involving large-scale applications, new platforms, and other technology solutions. Projects will be assigned based on the skills, experience and interest of the student.
Qualified candidates should submit their application and a cover letter explaining what they are interested in and what they want to work on as a Google Software Engineering intern. Applicants should include in their resume their grade level, expected graduation date (month/year), and when they expect to be available for an internship.
